By using Stylist, you agree to these terms.
What Stylist Is
Stylist is an AI assistant that helps you identify items, find products, and get general advice for beauty, fashion, and style. We are NOT a licensed professional service.
NOT a Substitute for Professional Help
Stylist uses AI to provide general information. It is NOT a replacement for:
- Licensed professionals (electricians, plumbers, mechanics, veterinarians, doctors, financial advisors, lawyers)
- Emergency services (call 911 for emergencies)
- Medical advice (always consult a doctor for health issues, including for pets — call your vet)
- Legal or financial advice
For anything dangerous, complex, or high-stakes — gas, electrical panels, plumbing leaks, vehicle safety issues, animal health — always consult a licensed professional in person.
AI Limitations
Our AI may sometimes make mistakes. Always:
- Verify product information on the retailer’s site before buying
- Confirm safety information with a professional
- Use common sense — if something seems wrong, get a second opinion
Affiliate Links
When you click a retailer button (Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.) and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This does NOT affect the price you pay. We are not responsible for the products, delivery, or service of those retailers.
Acceptable Use
Don’t use Stylist to:
- Cause harm to yourself or others
- Violate any laws
- Spam or abuse the service
- Reverse engineer or copy our app
No Warranty
Stylist is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stylist is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including from following AI-generated advice.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Stylist are owned by us. Don’t copy or redistribute without permission.
Termination
We may end your access to Stylist at any time, for any reason.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updates.
